Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Tiffany & Co. are the latest tenants announced for the upcoming Shops at Clearfork. The 500,000-square-foot shopping center in southwest Fort Worth, Texas, has added its first anchor tenant, Neiman Marcus, in February. Additional tenants, including Arhaus, AMC Theatres and Pinstripes, will also be joining this fall, when the official opening will take place. Simon, owner of premier retail destinations, teamed up with Cassco Development Co. to develop The Shops at Clearfork.
Neiman Marcus closed its Ridgman Mall store to open the two-story, 90,000-square-foot location within The Shops at Clearfork. This is the most technologically advanced department store the retailer has opened to date. A 30,000-square-foot Pinstripes will offer 12 bowling lanes, six indoor and outdoor bocce courts, as well as a bistro and patios with fire pits. AMC Theatres will operate an eight-screen movie house with 800 luxury recliners, an outdoor patio and a MacGuffins Bar and Lounge.
The new shopping center is part of a multi-phase 270-acre mixed-use development between Hulen Street and Bryant Irvin Road. Clearfork will also feature residential and office space. The Kelton at Clearfork, a 392-unit community, opened last November.
