National CineMedia signed a lease for 63,000 square feet to relocate its corporate headquarters in Centennial, Colo., a suburb of Denver. A Newmark Knight Frank team identified the space and represented NCM in the transaction. The move-in is expected to happen in June 2018. NKF was recently hired to market and lease Central Park Station, another Class A office building in Denver.

The Cascades building is located at 6300 S. Syracuse Way, near Denver’s Tech Center. The seven story building was completed in 1984 and received a cosmetic renovation in 2008. It comprises floor plates between 23,700 and 47,400 square feet. With NCM’s lease, the building will be fully occupied. Other tenants include SquareTwo Financial, Forsythe Technology, Revgen, Oxford Mortgage, among others.

National CineMedia hired Architect Studio B2SJ to provide space-programming services and build out.

Neighborhood amenities

The office is located near Interstate 25, Route 88 and the Arapahoe at Village Center light rail station. Other neighborhood amenities include an amphitheater, several cafés and restaurants, and two shopping centers along East Arapahoe Road. Centennial Ariport is ten minutes away, and more than a dozen hotels are within minutes of the property.

“Moving to a modern headquarters with an innovative interior design that matches our company culture and vision will enable a more collaborative environment, and allow us to attract and retain top Denver talent,” said Andy England, CEO of NCM, in a prepared statement.
