Nashville Dell Acquires 504,000 SF in Industrial Properties
Half a million square feet is impressive these days.

Half a million square feet is an impressive figure, particularly in these rocky times. Nashville Dell Parkway General Partnership has inked those figures, acquiring two high-cube industrial buildings totaling 504,000 square feet.
Located on Dell Parkway and Airways Boulevard, the properties are adjacent to the Nashville International Airport and lie in a free-trade zone. Paneled with precast concrete, they feature 30 to 35 foot clear-height ceilings, 175 loading docks and 275 trailer spots.
The buildings were bought from Dell Corporation and leased to CEVA Logistics US Inc., which is providing logistic and fulfillment services.
The seller was represented by CBRE, while HSA executive vice president Eric Ogden represented the buyer. The Private Bank of Chicago provided financing.
