NAI Brannen Goddard Brokers Sale of 169 KSF GA Warehouse
Stratton Warehouse in Cartersville traded for $4 million. The commercial real estate firm worked on behalf of the seller, B & B Realty, and procured the buyer, MJC Inc.

The Stratton Warehouse in Cartersville, Ga.
NAI Brannen Goddard facilitated the sale of Stratton Warehouse, a 168,640-square-foot industrial building in Cartersville, Ga., in Bartow County. The company marketed the property on behalf of B & B Realty, and procured the buyer, MJC Inc. The property sold for $4 million, or $24 per square foot.
Located at 415 Grassdale Road, the asset is close to Interstate 75 and approximately 55 miles from Atlanta. The buyer is a provider of custom coating solutions for corrosion prevention and architectural purposes. MJC also performs structural, mechanical and electrical modifications for manufacturers such as Trane, Carrier, JCI, Daikin and others.
NAI Brannen Goddard Senior Vice President Mark Sheffield and Vice President David Richardson led the sales team in this transaction. NAI Brannen Goddard was also involved in lease negotiations at Chastain Distribution Center, another industrial property in the Atlanta area. Â
