Loews Hotels & Resorts recently announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Graves 601 Hotel Wyndham Grand. The property will be purchased from the Graves Hospitality Corporation in a deal that is expected to close in early July.

Houston, Texas-based CenterPoint Energy recently announced it has closed on the purchase of a new 100,000-square-foot facility in Minneapolis. Located at 505 Nicollet Mall, the new location will house over 300 natural gas employees from two locations, but primarily from leased space at LaSalle Plaza.

Roundy’s Inc. recently announced that it has decided to fully exit the Minneapolis / St. Paul market. The company has entered into definitive agreements to sell 18 Rainbow stores in the Minneapolis / St. Paul market to a group of local grocery retailers, including Supervalu Inc.

Simon Property Group and Paragon Outlet Partners recently announced that the grand opening of the Twin Cities Premium Outlets will take place on August 14, 2014. The new 409,000-square-foot upscale outlet center will house over 100 outlet stores.
