Millennium Properties Brokers Sale of Two Retail Centers
The properties total more than 19,500 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space and are located in Barrington and Elmhurst, two Chicago suburbs.

Millennium Properties R/E closed on the transaction of two suburban Chicago shopping centers totaling 19,567 square feet. Both properties are fully leased. Vice President Chet Evans brokered the sale of the Barrington retail center, while Brad Thompson, also a vice president with the company, negotiated the sale of the Elmhurst property.
“Both of these properties feature a strong location within each suburb as well as a desirable mix of local businesses and well-known brands,” Evans said in prepared remarks.
A strong tenant roster
121-141 S. Northwest Highway, Barrington, Ill.
One of the transactions includes a two-building, 9,800-square-foot retail center located at 121-141 S. Northwest Highway in Barrington, Ill., just off the intersection of Lake Cook Road and Northwest Highway. The tenant roster comprises names such as JC Licht, a Benjamin Moore retailer and Farmers Insurance. The property is next to a CVS store and close to the Barrington Metra station.
A mix of retail and office space
110-112 W. Park Ave., Elmhurst, Ill.
The second transaction involved a 9,667-square-foot building located at 110-112 W. Park Ave. in Elmhurst, Ill. The property is next to the Elmhurst Metra station and features a mix of retail, restaurant and office space. It is fully leased to Lou Malnati’s pizza restaurant, an architecture firm and a salon.
