Highlighted elements include optimized energy performance (35 percent better than standards), reflective roof installation to reduce solar heat and efficient water fixtures and irrigation (40 percent better than standards). Additionally, saving more than 50 percent of debris by construction waste reuse and management, reusing and recycling resources also scored well for Harris Corp.
