Matthews Real Estate Arranges San Jose-Area Retail Lease

The brokerage firm worked on behalf of the tenant to secure the space at Santa Clara Marketplace.

Silverlake Ramen has signed a lease for a 1,417-square-foot retail space at Santa Clara Square Marketplace, a more than 120,000-square-foot shopping mall in Santa Clara, Calif. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services arranged the leasing transaction on behalf of the tenant.

Situated at 1200 -2772 Augustine Drive, the retail center is within Santa Clara Square, the mixed-use center, which encompasses apartment communities and office spaces. The shopping center is just off Bowers Avenue and Scotts Boulevard and provides easy access to Freeway 101. Additionally, it is located just 3 miles from Santa Clara’s downtown. The center features retailers such as Whole Foods, Fleming’s Steakhouse, Puesto, Il Fornaio, Sur La Table and Tender Greens.

The brokerage firm’s team included Senior Vice President & National Director Michael Pakravan and Leasing Associate Aditya Ramnath. Matthews has recently expanded its Northern California presence with the opening of a new office in Walnut Creek, Calif.
