Located close to the Modibo Keita International Airport, the hotel offers convenient access to the city center, corporate offices, major embassies, government buildings, as well as cultural and tourist attractions. Sheraton Bamako Hotel features 27 Sheraton Club rooms and 32 suites, and includes common-area amenities such as:

  • Sheraton Fitness Centre
  • spa
  • outdoor swimming pool
  • pool bar
  • four restaurants and bars
  • 11 meeting rooms totaling more than 8,800 square feet for up to 500 people including a 5,000-square-foot ballroom, a business center and free Wi-Fi.

“Over the last four decades, the brand has maintained its first mover advantage through strategic pipeline development and growth, giving global travelers access to more destinations across the continent,” Marriott International’s Alex Kyriakidis, president & managing director Middle East and Africa, said in prepared remarks.

This deal marks Marriott’s continued international expansion, with the company achieving a record year in 2017 for signing development contracts outside of North America.
