Mansfield, Texas—Marcus & Millichap recently announced the sale of a Mansfield medical office building. Company First Vice President Investments Philip Levy led the marketing efforts on behalf of the seller, an undisclosed developer, and secured the buyer, a private investor.
Located at 1751 Broad Park Circle, the 5,852-square-foot, Class A property is located in a medical office park on the corner of Broad Park Circle South and Regency Parkway. Additionally, its placement provides direct access to the Baylor Surgicare at Mansfield medical clinic, as well as Route 287.
Built in 2007, the multi-tenant asset was operating at full occupancy at the time of the sale, with only triple-net leases in place.
