CNCC Holdings selected Lincoln Property Co. Southeast to market a corporate headquarters facility in Atlanta’s Cumberland/Galleria submarket. Vice President Jeff Henson will oversee marketing efforts at the 67,653-square-foot property, which is available for lease or sale.

Located at 2015 S. Park Place, the four-story building constructed in 1985 for Hewlett Packard later served as corporate headquarters for Randstad, an employment and recruitment agency for temporary and permanent staffing. The facility recently underwent a $1.4 million renovation, which includes new mechanicals as well as a new roof and elevator. Additionally, the building features free parking available in a two-story, covered parking deck with a parking ratio of 3.5 per 1,000 square feet; a data center; and two on-site generators.

Dynamic neighborhood

“With the recent extensive renovations, heavy fiber and prime location, 2015 S. Park Place is a perfect facility for company headquarters. There has been so much growth in this area recently, making this prime facility extremely desirable for tenants looking to lease or buy in this submarket,” said Henson, in prepared remarks.

Located minutes from SunTrust Park and The Battery, the property is proximate to entertainment and retail venues including the Cumberland Galleria Convention Center, Cobb Galleria Performing Arts Center, Cumberland Galleria Mall and Vinings Jubilee. The location is approximately 21 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Atlanta Airport and offers highway access to Cobb Parkway and Interstates 75 and 285.
