Local Brokerage Firm Debuts New Beverly Hills Office

Los Angeles—Beverly Hills Estates Realty, a luxury real estate brokerage firm that facilitates family residential and commercial transactions, officially opened a flagship office in Beverly Hills, revealed company executive Tom Stagen.

Located at 250 N. Canon Drive, the West Los Angeles building has housed various renowned brokerage firms since 1960, including Hilton & Hyland /Christies, John Arroe, Prudential Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway), Mauricio Umansky’s Agency and Mike Silverman and Associates, among others.

According to the brokerage firm, the Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles markets continue to be two of the most sought-after residential areas in the U.S., offering tremendous opportunities for both clients and agents. “Given our capital structure and boutique agency atmosphere, ambitious agents will benefit greatly from our collaborative, transparent and supportive structure. We look forward to helping brokers succeed through unprecedented support and our ability to discretely execute global transactions for sophisticated buyers and sellers,” said Sagen in prepared remarks.

According to The Real Deal, the property’s latest tenant, Hilton & Hyland, is relocating to a three-story building currently underway at 257 N. Canon Drive, a premier office destination that has been eyed by various high-profile companies.
