After appointing a vice president last April, Levin Management Corp. has hired Stephanie Harris as its newest vice president of leasing. Joseph Lowry previously filled the position as an expansion of its current senior vice president of acquisitions and business development role. He will continue to handle the expansion strategy for the firm’s management and leasing portfolio, in addition to acquisitions for clients, while Harris will oversee the leasing team.

Harris has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having previously occupied various management positions in the acquisition, leasing and development departments of McDonald’s, Toys ‘R’ Us, The Home Depot and Life Time Fitness. Prior to joining the company, she served as an associate in RIPCO Real Estate’s New Jersey office.

The recently appointed executive holds a B.A. in consumer economics and public policy from Cornell University. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Her significant industry experience and strategic vision, coupled with her many long-term relationships with national and regional retailers, make her a perfect complement to our firm as we grow our executive team, portfolio, and landlord and tenant relationships,” Levin Management President Matthew Harding said in a prepared statement.
