Lennox International to Relocate Tampa Operations
The climate control solutions provider will occupy nearly 22,000 square feet at Sabal Park Distribution Center starting with October. The Dikman Co. facilitated the lease.

Lennox International Inc. has signed a five-year lease at a 150,400-square-foot industrial facility in Tampa, Fla. The climate control solutions provider will occupy a 21,992-square-foot unit at 9110 King Palm Drive. The company is relocating from 4701 Acline Drive E. in October. Erika Zipfel Matscherz of The Dikman Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.
According to Hillsborough County records, Liberty Property Trust acquired the asset from Prologis in 2012 for $32 million. Developed in 1997 on a 15-acre site, the warehouse has 2 dock-high doors, 24-foot clear height and 40- by 40-foot column spacing. Additional features include ESFR sprinklers and 1,776 square feet of office space.
Located in the East Tampa submarket within Sabal Park Distribution Center, the property is near interstates 4 and 75, with downtown Tampa a 15-minute drive away. Port Tampa Bay is 8.4 miles west of the property, while Tampa International Airport is 16 miles west via Interstate 275.
In March, The Dikman Co. arranged a 4,000-square-foot lease on behalf of MKZ Inc. at Madison Business Park. The property is 8.3 miles south of 9110 King Palm Drive.
