Lee & Associates Hires Industrial Market Expert

C.E. “Trey” Erwin, Lee & Associates

Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services has hired C.E. “Trey” Erwin as senior director of the company’s industrial team. With more than 12 years of real estate experience, Erwin specializes in tenant and acquisition representation, contract negotiation and landlord and disposition representation, specifically in Houston’s south, southwest and east submarkets.

Erwin joins the company from Colliers International, where he worked as senior vice president of Industrial Advisory. In his position, he focused on land and industrial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of all product types, including manufacturing plants, warehouse and distribution facilities and land. Since 2012, Erwin has transacted and advised in more than 6 million square feet of industrial transactions, with a total consideration of $150 million. He holds two post-graduate degrees from Texas A&M University, an MBA and a Master of Science in Land Development.

Earlier this year, Lee & Associates brokered the sale of Talavi Towne Center in Glendale, Ariz.
