LBA Hospitality will open two new properties close to the SeaWorld theme park in Orlando, Fla. TownePlace Suites by Marriott and Holiday Inn Express and Suites will add more than 125 jobs and 369 keys, combined. Mandala Holdings owns the two hotels.

Located at the intersection of International Drive and Central Florida Parkway, the two properties are close to the city’s most popular attractions, including SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica Orlando, Orange County Convention Center, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. Focusing on the leisure and corporate crowds, TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld and Holiday Inn Express and Suites Orlando at SeaWorld are the newest additions to LBA Hospitality’s hotel portfolio in the Central Florida area.

“These two new properties will enable us to serve more visitors, business travelers and families looking for an affordable, convenient, fresh stay in two outstanding custom-designed, new hotels,” said LBA Hospitality President Beau Benton, in a prepared statement.
