HGI’s Recent Acquisition Includes Two Orlando Communities

Harbor Group International, LLC announced that affiliates of the company have acquired three Florida apartment communities. Two of the properties, the 272-unit West Winds and the 210-unit Verandahs at Hunt Club are located in Orlando, while the 146-unit Forestlake Apartments is in Daytona Beach, within walking distance from Daytona Beach International Airport and Bellevue Business Park.

Jonesboro’s Aslan on the River Sold For $20.2M

Hamilton Point Investments, based in Old Lyme, Conn., acquired the 324-unit apartment community in the Atlanta suburb of Jonesboro, Ga. Josh Goldfarb, co-founder and co-managing partner of Multi Housing Advisors was the only broker involved in the transaction, acting on behalf of the seller.

Parkland Senior Living Community Sold Under Pre-Recession Price

The Aston Gardens at Parkland Commons has been sold for $62.8 million. Boca Raton-based AG Parkland Senior Housing I, a branch of Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors bought the Class A facility from Discovery SAG Parkland Commons, affiliated with of Discovery Communities in Bonita Springs.
