Swift Real Estate Pays $8.5M for 811 SW Naito Parkway in HFF-Arranged Deal
A Portland, OR office property was recently traded in a deal brokered by Holiday Fenoglio Fowler. ATC Partners LLC, a full-service real estate firm from San Francisco worked with HFF to sell the property to Swift Real Estate Partners for a total fee of $8.55 million. The HFF team in charge of the transaction consisted of director Nicholas Kucha and senior managing director Michael Leggett.
Cleveland Indians to Renovate Progressive Field
The Cleveland Indians announced on Thursday, August 7, that Progressive Field is getting a makeover. Called “The Progressive Field Evolution,” the multimillion-dollar renovation project will start in the offseason. Most of it is expected to be complete by Opening Day 2015, with the remainder to be finished early in the season.

Corporate Office Properties Trust announced last week it has completed the sale of eight commercial properties in the Greater Baltimore submarket of White Marsh. The properties were sold in three separate transactions for a total of $28.75 million. According to COPT, the transactions generated net proceeds of $28.0 million.
