LifeBridge Health to Invest $250M in Westminster’s Carroll Hospital Center

Last November, LifeBridge Health announced its plans to acquire the Carroll Hospital Center. A few day ago, members of Carroll County Health Services Corporation, parent company of Carroll Hospital Center, voted to approve the affiliation agreement. With the signing of the final documents, Carroll Hospital Center has now become a subsidiary of LifeBridge.

C-Care Expands in the Baltimore Area

Hair and skin care product manufacturer C-Care is expanding its manufacturing operations in the Baltimore region. CAG USA, Inc., C-Care’s parent company, has recently acquired two properties in Curtis Bay and Linthicum for its subsidiary. The total cost of the two acquisitions was $6.7 million.
