KBS Adds SVP to Midwest Team
Daniel Park, formerly a director of acquisitions with Greenlaw Partners, returned to KBS after an absence of several years. He will be responsible for carrying out investment objectives in several cities in the Midwest.

KBS Realty Advisors welcomed back Daniel Park as senior vice president & asset manager covering primarily the Chicago, St. Louis and Kansas City markets. His new responsibilities include carrying out investment objectives on behalf of KBS clients.
In addition, he will be focusing on cash flow yields, occupancy and leasing of the six assets managed by KBS in the Midwest region (approximately 3.2 million square feet). Two of the six properties have recently been added to the company’s portfolio as part of the largest financing transaction the company has ever closed.
Park first joined KBS in 2004 as an investment analyst and then went on to work with the Irvine Co. as senior associate. Prior to returning to KBS, he was a director of acquisitions & asset manager with Greenlaw Partners. Park is a graduate of University of Southern California, a member of NAIOP and a licensed real estate broker.
