Josie Nasife Joins Ginkgo Residential

Ginkgo Residential welcomes a new director of property management to the team. Josie Nasife is the latest talent joining the company and will start working for Ginkgo on October 12, 2015.

Josie Nasife has been working in property management for more than 17 years. She was in charge of a portfolio of 3,000 units and 75 employees in the Charlotte and Charleston markets while working as a Regional Manager for Fairfield Residential since 2012.

Prior to her role at Fairfield, Nasife occupied several positions at Ginkgo Residential and its predecessor companies including leasing agent, assistant manager, property manager, and more than seven years as regional manager, overseeing a portfolio of nearly 4,000 units and 90 employees.
