Jonathan Rose Cos. Appoints CEO
Seasoned CPA to manage investment funds for green developer.

Michael Arman
New York –Michael Arman will join Jonathan Rose Cos., a forerunner in green real estate development, project management and investment, as CFO. In this role he will also manage the firm’s investment funds.
“Michael shares our company vision of creating and preserving affordable communities of opportunity that deliver economic, environmental and social returns for our investors, our residents and communities in which we work,” said Jonathan Rose, president, in a prepared release. “We are so pleased to have someone of his character and capabilities join our firm.”
Arman is a skilled real estate investment professional. As VP at CSFB, he was charged with disseminating information across internal teams, managing assets and vendor relationships and reporting financial performance. In 2001 he co-founded Newbridge, which would later become Hudson Realty Capital. At Hudson Realty Capital, Arman was a managing director and CFO, investing more than $3.8 billion in financial assets. Most recently Arman was CFO of private equity mortgage fund Procida Funding.
Arman’s career began at Deloitte & Touche, where he audited real estate and brokerage firms as a staff accountant. He earned his MBA from University of Connecticut and BBA from Iona College. Additionally, he is a CPA and member of The American Institute of CPAs.
