JLL Names New Retail VP in Orlando

With more than 150 transactions completed, Brandon Delanois has been promoted from associate. He will focus on retail projects in mixed-use developments, university campuses and entertainment centers.

JLL has promoted Brandon Delanois to the position of vice president in Orlando. In his new role, Delanois will focus on agency leasing and tenant representation for retail projects throughout Florida. Delanois will specifically concentrate on the strategic leasing of retail in unique environments including urban mixed-use, university campuses, student housing and entertainment centers.

Having completed more than 150 transactions over the course of his career, Delanois has been with the company since 2014, in the role of associate. Specializing in new store expansions, notable projects include the leasing of retail spaces at Plaza on University and the re-tenanting of Orlando’s Old Town. Previously, Delanois worked as the UCF Convocation Corp.’s director of development and as the associate director of CRE Consultants. Before that, he worked for Commercial Property Southwest Florida, a Cushman & Wakefield alliance. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida. Delanois is the chair of the ICSC Orlando Planning Committee and a member of the Coastal Conservation Association.

“Brandon has been a rising star since he first joined JLL,” said JLL Senior Vice President, Retail Advisory Lead Justin Grieder in a prepared statement. “This promotion is a great recognition of the hard work he has done as well as the positive and influential position he has carved out as a leader within our team.”
