JLL Names New Houston SVP

With more than 10 years of industry experience, Chris Wadley previously focused on representing health-care providers, including leasing, development, management, acquisitions and dispositions.

JLL has hired Chris Wadley as senior vice president & Houston health-care lead. In his new position, Wadley will be responsible for expanding the company’s health-care segment, including lessee representation, agency rental, capital markets dealings and development administration for hospitals, health systems, life science companies and academic institutions. 

“JLL has an impressive global health-care platform and is a leader in utilizing technology to create real estate solutions for its clients,” said Wadley in prepared remarks. “I look forward to leveraging JLL’s deep bench of talent and resources to assist health-care providers across the Houston region as well as in San Antonio, Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth.”

With more than 10 years of industry experience, Wadley has focused on representing health-care providers in  leasing, development, real estate portfolio management, acquisitions and dispositions. 

“The health-care and life-science sectors are increasingly pressured to do more with less,” said Dan Bellow, president of JLL Houston, in a prepared statement. “Chris’ expertise, coupled with JLL’s global health-care platform, will provide health-care and life-science companies the support they need to thrive, allowing them to focus on their core competencies.”
