Jones Lang LaSalle has secured a 10-year, 64,821-square-foot direct lease for investment banking firm Piper Jaffray & Co. at 345 Park Ave. in New York. The building itself spans 1.8 million square feet of Class A office space.

Piper Jaffray will occupy the entire twelfth floor of the building as well as a portion of the eleventh floor, consolidating its operations from two separate Manhattan sites.

“Jones Lang LaSalle was able to locate appropriate space,” JLL managing director Lisa Kiell said when announcing the news. “The high-end office building was ideal for Piper Jaffray, given its great views of Midtown and superior service.”

Kiell and JLL senior vice presidents Barbara Winter and David Kleiner represented Piper Jaffray, while building owner Rudin Management Co was represented internally by Tom Keating.
