JLL Inks 58,000 SF in San Diego Leases
The two deals were completed with biopharmaceutical firm Halozyme Therapeutics.

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a pair of lease deals with biopharmaceutical firm Halozyme Therapeutics. The deals total nearly 58,000 square feet.
JLL represented BMR-Sorrento Plaza L.L.C. in the lease deals, which involve 30,371 square feet of space at 11388 Sorrento Valley Road and 27,575 square feet of space at 11404 and 11408 Sorrento Valley Road.
Halozyme was represented by BRE Commercial, while landlord BMR-Sorrento Plaza was represented by JLL executive vice president and associate Chad Urie and Grant Schoneman.
The project is the newest construction and last ground-up facility in Sorrento Valley, an area that has had a strong draw for life science tenants.
