JLL Brokers Houston Industrial Lease Expansion
Evoqua Water Technologies, currently occupying approximately 45,000 square feet within World Houston Business Park, will consolidate its local operations at the 3.5 million-square-foot complex.

JLL has represented Evoqua Water Technologies in leasing a 107,000-square-foot industrial facility within World Houston Business Park, a 3.5 million-square-foot complex in Houston. The company will consolidate its three Houston-area locations into the new space in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Located at 15414 International Plaza Drive, the Class A property was built in 1999 and features 24-foot clear heights, 22 dock-high loading doors, a 4.5-acre fenced truck yard and 16,000 square feet of office space. The location provides convenient access to interstates 45 and 59, as well as Beltway 8.
Evoqua currently occupies approximately 45,000 square feet within the 42-building World Houston Business Park. The Pittsburgh-based company is a water treatment provider offering solutions to municipalities and international industrial customers.
JLL Vice President David Buescher and Associate Geoff Perrott worked on behalf Evoqua in the lease negotiations. Logan Greer and Rives Nolen, vice presidents with InSite Realty, represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties, who recently broke ground on a 98,000-square foot industrial facility in Phoenix.
