Jackson Healthcare’s $100M Atlanta Expansion Kicks Off

The expansion of the company’s corporate headquarters will be completed in December 2018. Once finalized, the new facility will total 550,000 square feet and will accommodate 1,400 new associates.

Jackson Healthcare, a leading healthcare staffing company, broke ground on a $100 million expansion for its corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, Ga. Upon completion, the asset will accommodate 1,400 new associates and feature state-of-the-art amenities. The company’s project will expand the property at 2655 Northwinds Parkway into an Italian Renaissance campus.

Jackson Healthcare is a powerhouse job creator for our region. This project is going to continue to make North Fulton a destination to live and work,” Brandon Beach, president & CEO of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, said in prepared remarks.

The expansion will add 306,000 square feet, including a 267,000-square-foot, eight-story office building and a 39,000-square-foot amenity building. The latter will feature a fitness center, indoor pool and full-service restaurant for associates. The new Colosseum amenities building will also offer a hair salon, dry cleaner, spray-tanning studio, chiropractor, massage, and a barber shop. When finished in December 2018, the campus will total 550,000 square feet including the existing 180,000-square-foot building and another newly purchased property. The Jackson Healthcare development is the largest corporate headquarters expansion planned in Fulton County.

Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio LLC Architecture + Interior Design is the architect of the project and Choate Construction is the general contractor.
