INTERNATIONAL: Melco Crown Entertainment Opens City of Dreams Manila
Melco Crown Resorts and a subsidiary of Melco Crown Entertainment are opening the first international integrated leisure destination offering in Manila, Philippines.

Melco Crown Resorts and a subsidiary of Melco Crown Entertainment are opening the first international integrated leisure destination offering in Manila, Philippines.
The new casino is a 15-acre luxury integrated resort and casino complex, City of Dreams Manila is located on the Entertainment City gaming strip. The $1.3 billion resort consists of six hotel towers comprising 950 rooms, including a Nobu Hotel, Crown Towers and a Hyatt Hotel, three distinct entertainment venues, nearly 380 gaming tables, 1,700 slot machines and 1,700 electronic table games. City of Dreams Manila is also expected to feature DreamPlay, a DreamWorks theme park.
City of Dreams Manila, a sister resort to City of Dreams in Macau has also been featured in a new promotional trailer starring famed Hollywood actors Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio, directed by Martin Scorsese and produced by Brett Ratner.
The luxury resort is one of four integrated resorts to be part of Entertainment City, Asia’s take on the Las Vegas gaming strip. Entertainment City will consist of City of Dreams Manila, Solaire Resort & Casino, Resorts World Bayshore, and Manila Bay Resorts.
