What are the biggest trends and challenges in commercial real estate?
That’s what CPE asked members of the industry who attended the 2018 CREW Network Convention & Marketplace in San Diego last week. Answers ranged from soaring construction costs in the Bay Area, to a boom in industrial repositioning, to a lack of qualified talent in New York City.
