IHG Brings Flagship EVEN Hotel to Brooklyn

The opening of EVEN Hotels Brooklyn marks the brand’s fourth hotel and second New York City location.

New York—InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the opening of the 202-key flagship EVEN Hotel Brooklyn. Located at 46 Nevins St. in downtown Brooklyn, the hotel is the brand’s fourth property and second New York City location. The property is also situated adjacent to IHG’s Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown, which opened in April.

“We’re thrilled to bring the newest EVEN Hotels property to New York City’s dynamic borough of Brooklyn,” Jason Moskal, vice president of lifestyle brands for the Americas at IHG, said in a statement. “The huge success behind the opening of our first NYC hotel in November 2015 demonstrated the high-demand for wellness focused travel experiences; and as the only holistic wellness brand in the hotel industry, we are continually dedicated to helping guests find their balance wherever the wellness-minded traveler both lives and travels to.”

The EVEN Hotels Brooklyn location offers guests access to The Cork & Kale Market and Bar, a two-level Athletic Studio featuring spin and yoga classes, and plenty of leisure and meeting space.

EVEN Hotels currently operates locations in New York City, Rockville, Md., and Norwalk, Conn., and has seven other projects in the pipeline, including a third New York City location and new hotels in Omaha, Seattle, Miami, Eugene, Ore., Houston and Pittsburgh.
