IHG Announces Opening of Newly Renovated Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bloomington – West

InterContinental Hotels Group recently announced the opening of the newly renovated Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bloomington – West. Located at 7770 Johnson Ave. in South Bloomington, close to the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport and the Mall of America, the 159-room hotel is one of the largest Holiday Inn Express hotels in Minnesota by number of rooms.

The hotel has undergone a multimillion-dollar renovation, including new carpeting, furnishings and complete bathroom upgrades in all guest rooms. The pool and fitness area were also enhanced. The hotel, previously known as Le Bourget Aero Suites hotel, part of the Ascend Collection by Choice Hotels, has a six-story South Tower and a four-story North Tower.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bloomington – West hotel is owned by Bloomington Hotel Acquisition LLC, managed by Madison Hospitality Group LLC and franchised by an affiliate of InterContinental Hotels Group.
