Hotel Indigo Expands Mile-High City Footprint

The 180-key property is located in the heart of LoDo.

Denver—Hotel Indigo announced the opening of Hotel Indigo Denver, an 180-key property located at 1801 Wewatta St., in the heart of LoDo. The hotel is located in close proximity to many of the city’s top attractions, including Union Station, the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Larimer Square, Coors Field, the Colorado Convention Center and the RiNo Arts District.

The hotel features 1,188 square feet of meeting and event space which includes three rooms, accommodating up to 200 guests in a variety of layouts. The hotel also offers a variety of packages, such as a sports fanatic package, which includes in-room baseball-themed snacks and tickets, as well as a brewery walking tour package, to explore Denver’s craft beer scene.

Hotel amenities include interior sliding barn doors, oversized beds, spa-inspired showers, a business center and a 24-hour fitness center. The hotel is also pet friendly, offering a range of amenities such as treats, canine cocktails hours and dog-walking services.

The property was co-developed by Portman Holdings and Hensel Phelps and is managed by Hospitality Ventures Management Group, an Atlanta-based, private hotel ownership and management company.
