Hotel EMC2 Coming to Chicago
The 21-story hotel, designed by Rockwell Group, will feature 195 guestrooms.

Chicago—Hotel EMC2, part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection Hotels, is set to open doors this spring in Chicago. Rockwell Group designed the 21-story, 195-key hotel that upon completion will boast a typographic design.
Located at 228 E. Ontario St., the hotel will also include a 120-seat restaurant with an intimate 20-seat open kitchen, a fitness center and 2,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The boutique hotel will be located within the Streeterville neighborhood, which includes the Magnificent Mile shopping district. Additionally, the hotel is 11 minutes away from the John Hancock Center, popular for its observation deck.
“Hotel EMC2 is the perfect addition to Autograph Collection Hotels with its complex, yet enriching concept and complementary design elements,” Julius Robinson, vice president of Autograph Collection Hotels, said in a prepared statement.
