Homewood Suites Announces New Hotel in DC

Washington—Homewood Suites by Hilton has announced its newest property, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Washington D.C. – Capital Navy Yard. The project was developed by KCG 50M LLC, an affiliate of Englewood LLC and CG Investments, designed by Cooper Carry and operated by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.

Located at 50 M St., SE., the hotel will offer 195 suites, in a combination of studio and one-bedroom options, featuring a kitchen, separate living and sleeping areas, complimentary breakfast, evening socials Monday through Thursday, Wi-Fi, 750 square feet of meeting space, a grocery shopping service, a rooftop terrace, a fitness center and an indoor pool.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from Nationals Park and the Navy Yard Metro Station. This grants guests quick access to attractions such as Capitol Hill, the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, the Smithsonian Museum and the Washington Convention Center.

The new Homewood Suites hotel strengthens the brand’s growing presence in urban markets, after reaching its 400th property milestone.
