The 120-key hotel is conveniently located near the University of Oregon and Lane Community College in Eugene.

Eugene, Ore.—Home2 Suites by Hilton has announced its first location in the Beaver State, the Home2 Suites by Hilton Eugene Downtown University Area, in Eugene, Ore., as the brand continues to expand near universities and other high-tourism areas.
“Oregon’s tourism industry generates $10.8 billion in revenue annually. Opening our first Home2 Suites by Hilton allows us to tap into this developing market,” Adrian Kurre, global head at Home2 Suites by Hilton, said in prepared remarks. “Whether visiting students or traveling to the area to witness its natural, beautiful surroundings, Home2 Suites provides visitors comfortable accommodations and great value.”
The new 120-key hotel offers guests access to nearby attractions such as the University of Oregon, Lane Community College, as well as unique dining, shopping, entertainment and outdoor recreation destinations. The hotel also provides complimentary internet, inviting community spaces, and trademark Home2 Suites amenities such as Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area, Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items and complimentary breakfast. Guests can also enjoy an indoor saline pool, outdoor fire pit and grill area. Most Home2 Suites properties are pet-friendly.
Located at 102 W. 11th Ave., the hotel is owned by Eugene Hotel Ownership LLC and managed by Widewaters Eugene Hotel Management Company LLC.
