Offering panoramic views of downtown, the 34-story, 844,326-square-foot property originally built in 1980 offers a fitness center, 2,526 parking spaces and a 2,000-square-foot retail spot on the first floor, which will be occupied by Snappy Salads in the winter.

“When we purchased 717 Harwood, we set out to reimagine it as a fully modern, design-focused tower that would help define the future of downtown Dallas,” said Nate Paul, president & CEO of World Class Capital Group, in prepared remarks. “HOK’s decision to call 717 Harwood home is an affirmation that we’ve built something special.”

World Class Capital extensively renovated the tower in 2014 after purchasing the property from Wells Fargo Bank for $43 million, according to Yardi Matrix. The owner will be completing upgrades and renovations to the ground floor of the building within the coming months.

“Our move to this high-profile downtown location supports our belief in sustainable, vibrant and walkable urban environments and high-performance workplaces,” said Ben Crawford, design principal for HOK’s Dallas office, in prepared remarks.
