Hines Welcomes Coworking Firm at AZ Office Building

The Offices at Chandler Viridian

Hines has secured a lease with coworking firm Workuity, which will occupy 19,787 square feet at the Offices at Chandler Viridian, in Chandler, Ariz., marking the company’s second location in the state. Workuity expects to open its space in early 2019.

“The Offices at Chandler Viridian will provide Workuity’s clients with extraordinary workspaces and access to high-quality amenities akin to those offered in high-end hotels. It is time for Chandler to be recognized for the vibrant market that it is and we are providing clients a smarter way to work,” said Dan Kite, CEO of Workuity, in a prepared statement.

Workuity will be located on the first floor of the six-story, Class A building. The property will offer open floor plates, a lounge, 10-foot ceilings and a courtyard. The Offices at Chandler Viridian, which recently topped out, represents the backbone of the mixed-use Chandler Viridian development. The 25-acre, master-planned project will also incorporate a Cambria Hotel & Suites, retail at Chandler Viridian PRIMEGATE, the Broadstone Fashion Center luxury apartments, a pedestrian promenade to the Chandler Fashion Center mall, a dog park, a public plaza with Wi-Fi and a three-quarter-mile jogging trail connection to all the properties. 

“The Offices at Chandler Viridian offer the suburban area an array of on-site amenities important to Workuity’s on-the-go clients,” said Chris Anderson, managing director & Arizona leader for Hines, in a prepared statement.
