Hilton Opens New Hotel on Mississippi’s West Bank

Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans Westbank Gretna

Homewood Suites by Hilton added a new location to its portfolio, in Gretna, La. The 97-key hotel was developed by BN Management Group, which also owns and manages it. Hilton announced that 130 properties are in the pipeline for its Homewood Suites brand throughout the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico, and South America. 

Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans Westbank Gretna is located at 3 Westbank Expressway. Guests can choose from a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, each with its own kitchen, and separate living and sleeping areas. Common amenities include an outdoor kitchen and grill area, fitness center, a pool, sports court, and 650 square feet of space for meetings and events.

Easy access 

The hotel is situated next to Route 90, facilitating access to downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter, about 15 minutes away. Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 25 minutes away. Nearby attractions include the Ernest Morial Convention Center, Mercedes-Benz Superdrome, Aquarium of the Americas and the National World War II Museum. Oakwood Center shopping mall is across the street from the hotel.

Earlier this year, Hilton opened another, 207-key Homewood hotel in New Orleans‘ French Quarter.
