Hilton Opens New Homewood Suites Hotel in New Orleans-Area
The 115-key property is located midway between the Louis Armstrong International Airport and the city's business district.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Metairie New Orleans
New Orleans—Hilton recently announced the opening of Homewood Suites Metairie. The 115-key hotel was developed and is being operated by Baywood Hotels Inc. and is owned by Metairie Hotel Ventures LLC.
Located at 2730 Severn Ave., the property features one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with fully-equipped kitchens, grocery shopping service, an outdoor pool and fitness center. The hotel offers convenient access to the city’s main destinations, including the Louis Armstrong International Airport, the business district, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the historic French Quarter. In addition, the property is located within walking distance of Lakeside Shopping Center and several other retail and dining options.
“The new hotel provides business and leisure travelers with a variety of complimentary amenities, comfortable accommodations from a brand they trust,” Colin Dickerson, general manager at Homewood Suites Metairie New Orleans, said in a prepared statement.
