Tara Investments developed, owns and manages the Homewood Suites by Hilton Charleston Historic District. The property features 3,000 square feet of flexible space for meeting and social events.

Homewood Suites by Hilton opened its newest property, Homewood Suites by Hilton Charleston Historic District, in South Carolina. Developed, owned and managed by Tara Investments, the hotel features 139 new suites as well as 3,000 square feet of meeting and events space.   

In the heart of Charleston

Located at 415 Meeting St., the hotel is in the heart of Charleston and provides convenient access to the city’s main attractions, such as popular boutique shops and restaurants along Upper King Street and nearby Marion Square. The asset includes a combination of studio and one-bedroom accommodations featuring fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Select rooms offer views of the famous Cooper-River Bridge.
