HFF Hires New Director in Seattle

Seattle—David Otis has joined HFF as the company’s new Seattle-area director. His activity will focus on investment sales in the Pacific Northwest market, particularly on office, land, retail and industrial properties.

Prior to joining HFF, Otis most recently served as vice president for JLL’s capital markets team in Seattle. Additional work experience includes two years as senior financial analyst in the acquisition and asset management division of Voit Real Estate Services in Newport Beach, Calif., and positions with Investcorp International and DTZ, before the company merged with Cushman & Wakefield.

Otis is a graduate of the Master in Business Administration program at UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree from Washington State University. In addition, he is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
