HFF Carolinas Welcome Eight New Professionals

An eight-person capital markets team joined the newly-rebranded HFF Carolinas office. The additional professionals will focus efforts on capital markets transactions in the industrial, office, land and multi-housing sectors enhancing the current team of Ryan Clutter, Travis Anderson and Cory Fowler.

With an experience of more than 20 years in the industry and accomplishing more than 18 million square feet of industrial transactions exceeding $1 billion in value, Chris Norvell joins the company as a senior managing director. Norvell will focus primarily on industrial investment sales throughout the Carolinas and Southeast.

Justin Good and Allan Lynch join HFF as managing directors specializing in multi-housing and land investment sales opportunities throughout the Carolinas and Southeast. Scot Humphrey, a new director of the company, will work on office investment sales, as well as on industrial sales.

Along with the three new directors, HFF Carolinas welcomes additional team members Sarah Godwin and Patrick Nally appointed as real estate analysts, Graphics Coordinator Sarah Spain and Production Coordinator Deanna Connolly.

HFF plans to expand HFF Carolinas to a branch in the Raleigh market.
