Heath Bullock Honored as ICREA’s Broker of the Year
JLL Des Moines’ Heath Bullock has been named Broker of the Year at ICREA’s 2015 Expo.

The Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association has recognized Heath Bullock of JLL Des Moines as the 2015 Broker of the Year. Bullock received the award at the organization’s annual Expo on September 29th.

The Broker of the Year designation goes to those nominees who best fit the following criteria: revenue or production requirements, real estate industry involvement, and the individual that best exemplifies and enhances the reputation of the industry.
Heath Bullock is a veteran of the commercial real estate Industry with experience in all disciplines including retail, office and industrial product. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Northern Iowa. Past achievements include over 20 production awards and acknowledgements.
Earlier this year, Bullock also received two Co-Star’s Power Broker awards, Top Office Leasing Broker and Top Industrial Leasing Broker. He currently serves on the Children and Families of Iowa and Greater Dallas County Development Alliance boards.
