GTT Communications, an internet service provider, has signed a 44,500-square-foot office lease at KBS Realty Advisors’ Stonebridge Plaza I and II in Austin. Newmark Knight Frank Director Robbye Schroeder Kirkpatrick negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.

The two nine-story buildings comprise a little more than 385,000 square feet and are located at 9600 and 9606 N. MoPac Expressway, near the intersection of highways 183 and 360 and roughly 10 miles from downtown Austin. The LEED-certified campus features a fitness center, seven-story parking facility and loading docks. Stonebridge Plaza offers easy access to The Domain and The Arboretum, as well as multiple hotels, including Hyatt Place and Embassy Suites by Hilton.

“Stonebridge Plaza is an ideal location for tenants seeking a live-work-play environment,” Gio Cordoves, senior vice president at KBS, said in a prepared statement. “Its many amenities and surrounding attractions continue to bring in reputable companies like GTT Communications.”

According to Yardi Matrix data, KBS purchased Stonebridge Plaza I and II in 2016 from Heitman with the help of a $90.5 million acquisition loan from Mesa West Capital.
