Greenspace Adds Seventh Cannabis-Friendly Property in Portland
Greenspace’s cannabis-friendly real estate portfolio reaches $15 million in Oregon.

Portland, Ore.—Greenspace, a national cannabis-friendly landlord, has acquired another Portland property located at 845 NE Columbia. The transaction marks the company’s seventh investment in Oregon. All these assets are 100 percent leased to cannabis growers, processors and dispensary operators.
The latest addition to the company’s portfolio is a 40,000-square-foot warehouse located in northeast Portland. The building will be home to two growers and one dispensary operator—Premium Medicine of Oregon. The property has been acquired through the “Buy-To-Suit-Program” whereby Greenspace identifies, acquires and leases properties that meet the needs of qualified cannabis businesses. Consequently, Greenspace functions strictly as a landlord, without any participation in the tenant’s financial interests.
Greenspace is currently under contract on an eighth property in northwest Portland and is seeking several other expansion opportunities in Oregon and throughout the U.S.
