Goodwin Names New NYC Partner

Diana Brummer has joined the company's real estate industry group. She will represent a wide variety of clients, as well as their investment advisors.

Goodwin Procter LLP has appointed Diana Brummer as its newest partner in New York City. She will work closely with the firm’s real estate industry group.

Brummer has a vast experience in commercial real estate practice, including joint ventures, financings, acquisitions and dispositions, loan workouts, real estate recapitalizations and development. Her clients are institutional investors, pension funds, private real estate funds and public and private REITs, as well as their investment advisors.

Brummer graduated magna cum laude from Cornell Law School and received her B.A. with distinction from University of Illinois. Additionally, she is a member of the Leadership Advisory Committee of the National Women’s Law Center and has been featured in New York Real Estate Journal’s 2017 Women in Real Estate Spotlight.
