Genera Corp., manufacturer and distributor of automotive OEM aftermarket parts and components, has completed a 10-year term lease on an industrial property in Bolger Business Center in Fontana, Calif. The deal was valued at $14 million.
Located at 13232 Valley Blvd., the 210,930-square-foot industrial building is owned by Bolger Family Trust, a private investor. Jon Reno, SIOR, CCIM, senior vice president & managing partner, and Trevor Gale, senior vice president of Kidder Mathews together with Conrad Madsen III, SIOR, partner of Paladin Partners, represented Genera Corp. in the transaction.
“Competition for comparable space in the Inland Empire West market, where the property is located remains fierce. Genera was able to capitalize and move on the space quickly with the data we presented,” said Reno in prepared remarks. “Genera Corp. has six distribution centers across the United States. They had outgrown their current location and required a larger facility for the Southwest region,” he added.
Kidder Mathews recently expanded its Southern California portfolio with the acquisition of Alden Management Group. Earlier this year, the company also merged with Heger Industrial.
