Gatehouse Affiliate Opens Downtown Dallas Hotel
An affiliate of Gatehouse Capital opened a 132-key hotel in Dallas next to the Baylor University Medical Center. Aimbridge Hospitality manages Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White.

An affiliate of Gatehouse Capital opened Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White, a 132-key hotel next to the Baylor University Medical Center. The property is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality.Â
Located at 3301 Gaston Avenue, the new hotel offers easy access to and from interstates 30 and 345. The property sits a few miles from multiple touristic attractions, including the Dallas World Aquarium, the West End and the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealy Plaza. Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White features a business center, swimming pool, fitness room and meeting rooms.
“We are excited to complete the first of many hotels on hospital campuses with Hilton. Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas is a perfect start for our new medical hotel platform,” Marty Collins, CEO of Gatehouse Capital, said in a prepared statement.
Last month, Eliot Cohen and Stuart Cohen opened a 109-key Cincinnati Home2 Suites hotel.
