Four Seasons Napa Valley to Break Ground This Spring

The luxurious property will feature 85 guest rooms and 20 residences.

San Francisco—Bald Mountain Development and Alcion Ventures recently secured $165 million in construction financing for the five-star Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Napa Valley which is slated to open early 2019. Initial site work at the foundation and utilities has begun on the hotel and the additional 20 two, three and four-bedroom residences. Vertical construction is to begin this summer and be complete fall 2018.

HFF worked on behalf of the developers, Alcion Ventures and Bald Mountain Development, to place the construction loan with Heitman on behalf of one of its institutional investors.

Located at 1334-B Lincoln Ave. in Calistoga, Calif., the resort will offer 85 luxurious guest rooms in single-story and two-story villas scattered among the oaks and vines. The resort will have its own winery and tasting room, an event barn and 12 indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces.Residence owners will have VIP access to the resort amenities and activities, including a restaurant, a spa with natural geo-thermal waters and an indoor and outdoor fitness center. Each residence will include multiple master suites, an owner’s wine cellar, as well as luxuriously appointed indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment spaces.

The property is 75 miles from San Francisco and 86 miles from Sacramento, Calif. via Route 29.
